The Rex rabbit breed is a recognized breed of the ARBA and is a medium-sized rabbit with a commercial, round body and an ideal weight range of 7.5–10.5 lb. The Rex is a variety of rabbit that exhibits plush fur that is often described as having a velvety texture. The breed originated in France in 1919. Its origin was a litter of wild gray rabbits and has been developed over the years by fanciers and the fur industry. We breed for meat and show purposes, striving for the betterment of the breed and Standard Of Perfection.
The Champagne D'Argent is a recognized breed of the ARBA. The Argent rabbit is one of the oldest breeds of French show rabbits. At birth, Champagne D'Argents are of a solid black color, with adult coloring beginning to show as early as six weeks and as late as four months of age. The ideal adult weight of a Champagne is 9.0 - 12.0 Ib. We breed for both meat and show purposes, strivings for the betterment of the breed and Standard of Perfection
